# Chamber Studio > A public browser editor for modular behavioral chamber figures. AI agents can read configurations, edit modules in atomic undoable batches, and export JSON, SVG, PNG, PDF or editable PowerPoint. ## Entry points - [Editor](https://zhang-mengjia.github.io/chamber-studio/): open this page to use window.chamberStudio; wait for its apiVersion property. - [Agent console](https://zhang-mengjia.github.io/chamber-studio/ai.html): select a tool, enter JSON arguments, execute, and read Result JSON through ordinary browser controls. - [API guide](https://zhang-mengjia.github.io/chamber-studio/api/README.md): browser API, Playwright example, response format, errors and export retrieval. - [Manifest](https://zhang-mengjia.github.io/chamber-studio/api/manifest.json): version, tools with complete input schemas, module catalog and geometry limits. - [Configuration schema](https://zhang-mengjia.github.io/chamber-studio/api/config.schema.json): portable chamber JSON schema. - [Agent Skill](https://zhang-mengjia.github.io/chamber-studio/skills/chamber-studio/SKILL.md): reusable instructions for creating and editing chamber figures. ## Execution On an open editor page call await window.chamberStudio.callTool(name, arguments). The eight tools use the chamber_ prefix. Read chamber_get_capabilities and chamber_get_state before editing. Coordinates are zero-based: left/right walls, columns 0–2, rows 0–7 from the top left. Adding never replaces an occupied module. Every batch is one undo step and fails without changing the configuration if any operation is invalid. Tool results have {ok, apiVersion, result} or {ok:false, apiVersion, error:{code, message}}. Exports return {filename,mimeType,size,format,encoding:"base64",data,attribution}; use download:true for a browser download instead. All changes are local to the current browser and are saved in its local storage. HTTP access is GET-only discovery; there is no remote POST API or hosted MCP server. When a browser provides WebMCP, the editor registers the same tools using document.modelContext, with navigator.modelContext compatibility fallback. Browser API and the console do not require WebMCP. ## Artwork - [Attribution](https://zhang-mengjia.github.io/chamber-studio/assets/ATTRIBUTION.md): LE rat artwork is by zhang-mengjia under CC BY 4.0; preserve credit when sharing a figure containing the rat.
